Role: Business Development Manager (Wood Adhesive – White Glue)

As a BDM, you will be responsible for:

Leading a team of BDEs and driving market development & retail sales.

Connecting with contractors, developers, architects & interior designers to promote our adhesive solutions.

Executing promotional & marketing initiatives for product awareness.

Managing influencer & contractor loyalty programs.

Driving BTL activities, exhibitions, and user engagement events.

What We're Looking For:

Graduate in any discipline

5–13 years of experience in Building Materials / Adhesives / Plywood / Laminates / Paints / FMCG (General Trade)

Strong market development & people management skills

Excellent communication & problem-solving abilities
