The Impact you will create:
Develop and manage sales pipeline of new clients and opportunities (within EComm, D2C, Retail, EdTech, FinTech domains)Drive overall deal closure and new MRR through accurate forecasting and commitments for North India marketPartner with C-Level executives within the accounts to drive outcomesBuild & execute account strategy for revenue growthLead contract discussions / negotiationsInstitute training & learning/development processes to continuously raise the performance level of account executivesWork closely with cross functional teams within Netcore as the primary liaison for the North India Hunters teamMonitor SFDC hygiene and drive process adherence through CRM best practices
What do we look for:
2-4 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the marketing automation or SaaS industry.Exposure to industry verticals including (but not limited to) D2C, E-Commerce, Retail, EdTech, Fintech, Media, Gaming, etcStrong understanding of the customer engagement and experience landscape.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.Ability to prospect independently and build a funnel / pipeline of leads and opportunitiesExperience with Salesforce CRM and advanced SFDC hygiene and forecasting abilityMust have experience carrying a quota of INR 20L + ARR for at least the last 2 yearsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.Experience with marketing automation platforms.Experience with lead generation and qualification tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SimilarWeb, Apptopia, etcExperience with developing and executing sales strategies.
