Job Overview
We are looking for experienced folks whose focus is to curate and execute the Enterprise Marketing Sales with a laser sharp focus on Speed, Accuracy and Customer Obsession. There is a great drive towards modernization of our sales motions. The Enterprise segment is a fiercely competitive and highly demanding sector. With the fast paced outlook of India Inc, precise and innovative marketing solutions is what we are here to solve.
Enterprise Sales in this fast-expanding customer segment, you will drive Sales effort with major Enterprise Clients across India. The endeavor is to create and complement the business efforts of our clients with valuable Marketing Support both on Digital as well as Offline media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales of various marketing projects to ensure successful execution and client satisfaction.- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual team targets by generating sales pipeline, accelerating active opportunities and driving to close.- Actively engage accounts to drive usage, consumption, up-sell, and cross-sell based on strategic plans and needs- Manage the collaboration and teaming of different roles such as BD, Marketing Solution Specialists and other through direct engagement and through engagement with other teams.- Help others in the team to scale through help and to provide the best solution to address customer needs.- Improve sales and technical competency via use of latest tech solutions and dashboards for internal and client consumption.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Fluency and Flair for Communication: Exceptional communication skills in both English and Hindi, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively.- Experience in Digital Marketing Business Development: Proven track record of driving sales for end-to-end digital marketing accounts.- Comfortable with Ad Account Management: Experienced in managing ad accounts and various digital marketing methods, including Performance Marketing (Google, Meta), SEO, SMM, ASO, Influencers, Content Creation, and Brand Discovery.- High Data Analytics Proficiency: Strong analytical skills with a high comfort level in using Excel for data analysis.- Experience in Enterprise-Level B2B Sales: Previous experience working with large enterprises (annual revenue >1000 Cr.) in a B2B sales capacity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.- 1-3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing sales.
