Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative at Intozi. The Sales Representative will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as prospecting potential clients, identifying customer needs, presenting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and closing sales. The role will be based in Gurugram.
Responsibilities
- Strong sales and negotiation skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (Minimum 7-12 years experience)- Ability to understand customer needs and present product solutions- Knowledge of video analytics and related technologies- Experience in B2B sales- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field- Support the learning and development of the sales team- Coordinate with sales representatives to generate and meet with prospective leads- Track and report all sales activities- Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis

- Experience managing sales teams- Experience generate and maintaining relationships with sales leads- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
