Overview: The OracleASCP/Demantra Lead plays a crucial role in our organization byoverseeing the effective implementation and maintenance of OracleASCP and Demantra modules. This position is vital for optimizingour supply chain processes and ensuring the accuracy of demandforecasting and inventory management.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Shouldhave handson experience and be able to guide the team ofdevelopers.
  • Createdetailed IT Functional Designs and testscripts.
  • Assistbusiness users duringCRPs/SITs/UATs.
  • Leadthe configuration/setup testing training implementation and supportof Oracle applicationmodules.
  • Overseereview and ensure the development life cycle of a couple ofprojects in FA one for cost adjustments and one another for MassRetirements with the creation of a couple of custom dashboardsusing OAF.
  • Participatein the creation of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and thecreation of TDD (Technical Design Document)Documents
  • Providesuggestions to avoid performance issues using the SQL tuningadvisor.
  • Should haveperformed the role of code reviewer aswell.
  • Must have Extensiveknowledge of PO INV ASCP I supplier ProcurementSupplierManagement/Customer Service
  • Worked onPL/SQL (mandatory) forms/reports OAF integration XML publisher andBI Publisher.
  • Having all is not mandatory butshould be strong in PL/SQL tuning and endtoendtesting.
  • Functional knowledge is an addedadvantage.
  • Knowledge of the Oracle A/R and GLtables
  • Ability to write SQL queries to extractA/R and GL data
  • Knowledge of standard Oraclereports Project Management experience would be a big plusspecifically with projects implementing Oracle EBS A/R and GLmodules and ASCP/Demantra
  • Must have completeknowledge of Oracle EBS development tools (RICE) PL/SQL FormsReports BI Publisher OAF (Oracle Applications Framework) WEBAdiForm Personalization Oracle EBS(11.5.10.2) Oracle EBS (12.2.5)Linux Window 7 and Windows10
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inInformation Technology Supply Chain Management or a relatedfield
  • 5 years of experience in implementing andsupporting Oracle ASCP and Demantra
  • Indepthunderstanding of supply chain principles andprocesses
  • Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL fordata analysis and reporting
  • Strongproblemsolving skills and ability to analyze complex supply chainscenarios
  • Experience with system testingperformance tuning andtroubleshooting
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
  • Ability to workeffectively in a team environment and collaborate withcrossfunctional stakeholders
  • Certification inOracle ASCP or Demantra is a plus
  • proven trackrecord of successful implementation and optimization of supplychainsystems
