Mustbe capable of engaging with client leadership delivery team leadsand various stakeholders across multiple geographies.
Requires robust Oracle Utilities consulting experience to spearheadthe projects solution and contribute extensive customer engagementexpertise.
Must have handson functional knowledge inmultiple areas of CC&B/C2M/CCS/MDM specifically within sectorslike electric gas or water utilities covering aspects such asBilling Rates Configurations Payments Credit & Collection MeterData Acquisition etc.
Needs to effectively comprehendbusiness requirements offer solutions for various businessprocesses and propose innovative solutions that enhance businessefficiency and reduce costs.
Expected to lead workshopsand demonstrations with the capability to not only documentbusiness processes but also suggest new methods and automationopportunities for more efficient business operations.
Should have a thorough understanding of both deregulated andregulated market environments including related tariff scenariosthe metertocash process and market EDI transactionlifecycles.
Must participate in large programassignments assisting in defining business and technologicalsolutions that enable customers to design and implement newbusiness processes and organizational capabilities. Experience:
10 years across Oracle Utilities CustomerCare & Billing (CC&B) Customer to Meter (C2M) Meter DataManagement (MDM) and/or Customer Cloud Service (CCS) withexperience in endtoend implementations.
Proven historyin lead roles in CIS implementation engagements (At least 4CC&B/C2M/CCS/MDM implementation/upgrade experience).
Should have experience in managing and leading a team preparingproject progress reports track project progress organizing sprintsable to do Program Increment Planning and create projectplans. Knowledge & SkillRequirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information TechnologyBusiness Administration or a related field required.
Must have proficiency in Oracle Utilities Customer Care &Billing (CC&B) Customer to Meter (C2M) Meter Data Management(MDM) or Customer Cloud Service (CCS) as applicable.
Should possess a strong grasp of the Oracle Utilities ApplicationFramework (OUAF) to steer the overall solutiondevelopment.
Skilled in various modules ofCC&B/C2M/MDM for configuration customization and integrationwith other applications.
Deep understanding of theUtilities value chain.
Excellent analytical and criticalthinking skills are essential for interpreting complex businessrequirements and devising effective solutions.
Strongcommunication and stakeholder management skills are necessary foreffective collaboration with diverse teams and clear presentationof solutions.
Proficient project management abilities tooversee timelines resources and project deliverablesefficiently.
A commitment to continuous learning toremain current with OUAF updates new technologies and industrytrends.
Capability to work independently and leadglobally distributed teams. Nice toHave:
Familiarity with additional utility products based on the OUAFplatform including SOM ODM NMS SGG MWM WAM OUCSS and OUBI isbeneficial.
Advanced knowledge of the Oracle UtilitiesApplication Framework (OUAF) its database structure and relatedtechnical expertise is highly valued.
Possession of aPMP or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner certificate is consideredbeneficial.
