Subject Matter Expert for Finance modules.Coaching/guiding the team delivering quality product.

Partner with Business Leads and establish strongrelationship and establish self as Go To Person for all FinancialRequirements.

Lead and coach Finance FunctionalTeam for Production Support as Queue Owner to:

Triage and resolve Level 2/3 Production tickets owning FinanceQueue and drive them to closure coordinating with Technical TeamBusiness Users and other IT teams.

Determinethe Root cause and provide/deploy permanent solutions preventingrecurrence and deploy them working closely with Business and ITTeams.

Review the tickets history periodicallyand come up with automation and process improvementopportunities.

Lead and coach FinanceFunctional Team for New Enhancements and Implementation Projectsto

o Interact with business users capturerequirements author Functional Designs (MD50) transitionrequirements/designs to Technical Developers and coordinate BuildTest and Deployment of new enhancements.

oDeliver the tasks to Project Timelines.

Leadthorough testing of Fixes and New Solutions ensuring thequality.

Understand the Business BusinessProcesses and Solutions deployed and add value appropriately inProduction Support New Enhancements and ImplementationProjects.

Constantly upskill the team reviewingthe solutions and fixes ensuring quality assurance.

Schedule and lead the Trainings and Handholding toBusiness Users proactively.

Lead regressiontesting for Finance Solutions as part of Monthly Maintenance andImplementation Projects.

Preview all the SRsprior to logging to Oracle and ensure SRs are logged only forbugs.

Reachable for the team for all guidancethey would need.

Qualifications

Bachelors/Mastersdegree in computer science or related field or equivalent relatedIT experience.

Resource should have 15 years ofOracle EBS Finance Functional experience. Should have at least 2full life cycle implementations experience. Expertise in OrderManagement Shipping Accounts Receivable
