Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office. The ideal candidate will manage office resources, support staff, coordinate meetings, and maintain a productive, well-run work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate daily office operations and procedures
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, calls, and emails
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars for management
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and landlord
- Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital)
- Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for staff when required
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or similar role
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Discretion with confidential information
