**Admin Executive**
We are looking for an Admin Executive to join our dynamic, award-winning, and fast-growing team at
CreditEnable. As an Admin Executive, you will be responsible for performing all administrative and clerical duties necessary for office management. You will act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Adept at managing administrative activities involving purchase of equipments, maintenance of procurement, housekeeping, safety, security, employee induction etc.
- Planning and preparing monthly reports pertaining to finance required for maintaining office infrastructure and facilities.
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders
- Maintain and update company databases
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
- Book meeting rooms as required
- Event Management, organizing meetings, conferences, making travel arrangements and hotel reservations for guests & foreign delegates
- Arrange in-house and external events
- Arrange office gifting and presents
- Invoice collection, bank-related field work
- Hiring maintenance vendors to repair or replace damaged office equipment.
- Assisting the HR department with job postings and interviews.
- Specialization in handling back office operations, inter-office correspondence, confidential mails, quotations, monthly billing, cheques, etc
- Acting as info-hub for providing administration related information and supervising administrative activities like general admin, verification of stationery stock, petty cash, courier, florist, pest control, housekeeping, etc.
- Upkeep of office administrative facilities and ensure availability of daily miscellaneous requirements to provide harmonious work culture to employees
**Key Requirements**:
- Proven 1-2 years of work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
- Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills - written and verbal is a must
- Graduate in Commerce or similar
- An ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Highly effective cross-functional team management
- Proactive in execution of tasks assigned and in taking follow ups from dependent parties to ensure timely execution of tasks

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
