(Union Living) CTC: 6-12 LPA About the Role As the Head of Brand & Experiences, you will lead a lean, high-performance, AI-integrated marketing team that drives occupancy, brand leadership, and customer delight. You will own the end-to-end marketing charter, blending creativity with performance to ensure Union is positioned as the city's best place to live. Key Responsibilities Curate vibes and experiential events across different properties. Report to and coordinate with multiple properties across cities. Manage 5-7 Instagram pages and ensure consistent, engaging presence. Oversee creative work: photography, videography, shooting gear, graphics, and visuals. Lead and mentor a team of interns. Manage influencer tie-ups and user-generated content (UGC). Create industry-leading social media and content strategies. Write compelling copy for digital and offline campaigns. Champion resident experience as the heart of the brand. Build city-wise brand leadership and sentiment supremacy through culture-driven campaigns. Act as brand custodian across all touchpoints - PR, crisis communication, and reputation. Requirements 6-10 years of experience in branding, growth, or marketing leadership. Prior experience in hospitality, real estate, co-living, lifestyle, or consumer brands. Strong creative storytelling and data-driven execution abilities. Hands-on expertise in social media, influencer marketing, and brand campaigns. Team leadership and stakeholder management experience.
