Lead Barcode’s entry into Southeast Asia, identifying growth opportunities, partnerships, and business models tailored for each local market. Build relationships with global and regional brands, agencies, and creator networks to drive influencer marketing mandates. Set up operations, manage budgets, and drive revenue targets across key SEA countries. Hire, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams in sales, strategy, and campaign delivery. Brand Partnerships: ~ Work closely with marketing heads, CMOs, and agency partners to deliver large-scale influencer campaigns that blend global strategy with local insight. Partner with Barcode’s India leadership to replicate success frameworks while customizing for local markets. 8–12 years of experience in digital marketing, influencer marketing, or media agency leadership . ~ Strong network of brands, creators, and media partners across Southeast Asia. ~ Global exposure through collaborations with international brands.
