About the Role

As the Head of Brand & Experiences, you will lead a lean, high-performance, AI-integrated marketing team that drives occupancy, brand leadership, and customer delight. You will own the end-to-end marketing charter, blending creativity with performance to ensure Union is positioned as the city's best place to live.

Key Responsibilities

  • Curate vibes and experiential events across different properties.
  • Report to and coordinate with multiple properties across cities.
  • Manage 5–7 Instagram pages and ensure consistent, engaging presence.
  • Oversee creative work: photography, videography, shooting gear, graphics, and visuals.
  • Lead and mentor a team of interns.
  • Manage influencer tie-ups and user-generated content (UGC).
  • Create industry-leading social media and content strategies.
  • Write compelling copy for digital and offline campaigns.
  • Champion resident experience as the heart of the brand.
  • Build city-wise brand leadership and sentiment supremacy through culture-driven campaigns.
  • Act as brand custodian across all touchpoints – PR, crisis communication, and reputation.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of experience in branding, growth, or marketing leadership.
  • Prior experience in hospitality, real estate, co-living, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
  • Strong creative storytelling and data-driven execution abilities.
  • Hands-on expertise in social media, influencer marketing, and brand campaigns.
  • Team leadership and stakeholder management experience.
