Lead Application Support

Application Support Manager with 4–6 yrs for on-site role in Mumbai. Must lead L1/L2 teams, manage 24x7 mission-critical support, ensure SLA adherence, handle incidents, RCA, SOPs, ITIL processes & continuous improvement. Strong comm. skills needed.

Provide expert-level support for OFSAA modules including ALM, FTP, PFT, LRM, and Risk Analytics. Manage L1 and L2 support for OFSAA applications and interfaces, coordinating with OEMs for bug fixes. Act as liaison between technology .
