Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with 6 months to 2 years of experience in direct sales, particularly within the K12, GATE, NEET, and JEE education segment. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of driving sales growth, building relationships, and meeting revenue targets. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about education and eager to contribute to the growth of our organization.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a robust sales strategy to achieve sales targets in the K12, GATE, NEET, and JEE education segment.
Drive the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services to potential clients.
Stay informed about trends, challenges, and opportunities in the K12, GATE, NEET, and JEE education sector.
Regularly update the management on sales progress and potential opportunities.
Develop a deep understanding of our products and services tailored for the K12, GATE, NEET, and JEE segment.
Clearly articulate product features, benefits, and competitive advantages during sales presentations.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in direct sales, with a focus on the K12, GATE, NEET, and JEE education segment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-driven and goal-oriented.
Other Requirements:
Vehicle is mandatory (Two Wheeler or Four Wheeler).
Availability for immediate joining.
