Position Overview:
As a Business Development Executive at Oeson Private Limited, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the company's market presence.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients, showcasing the value proposition of our offerings.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favourable terms and conditions for both parties.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue projections for management review.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales role, preferably in (relevant industry/sector).
- Proven experience in sales and business development roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
- Excellent presentation and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Work Environment:
This is a full-time opportunity at our Indore, India office.
