EURHASI recrute pour son client un Business Manager (Dirigeant filiale) / Associé H/F 

Notre client est un cabinet de conseil spécialisé dans l’accompagnement de ses clients et consultants dans le domaine de la DATA. Fondé par une équipe d’associés partageant les mêmes valeurs d'Excellence et de Transparence, où l'humain est au cœur des activités.

Le client n’accepte pas de candidatures nécessitant des démarches administratives pour une autorisation de travail (permis de séjour, permis de travail, autorisations diverses ...)

 

Mission

 

Management centre de profit

  • Votre objectif est de faire évoluer et développer la filiale du groupe SKOTT. Vous êtes responsable du bon fonctionnement des opérations sur votre périmètre.
  • Développer les moyens pour atteindre les objectifs répondant à la vision donnée par les actionnaires
  • Recruter une force commerciale
  • Guider les actions commerciales dans le cadre du budget établi en comité de direction

 

Business Development

  • Partir à la recherche de nouveaux clients, ouvrir de nouveaux comptes client. Prospection téléphonique et rendez-vous clients (présence terrain importante).
  • Identification de nouveaux clients
  • Recueil et analyse des besoins clients
  • Construction des réponses aux Appels d’Offres

 

Négociation commerciale et salariale

  • Votre succès passe en partie par la réussite de nombreuses négociations qui marquent votre quotidien.
  • Négociation commerciale : Négociation avec les achats client, date de démarrage, TJM
  • Négociation salariale : Rémunération du consultant, gestion de l’inter-projet…
  • Recrutement des futurs consultants
  • En collaboration étroite avec l’équipe de recruteurs, vous participez au recrutement des futurs consultants.
  • Evaluation technique et fonctionnelle des candidats
  • Choix du type de recrutement proposé au candidat
  • Organisation et participation aux entretiens clients

 

Management des consultants de votre périmètre

  • Votre réussite repose sur une gestion proactive des missions de vos consultants.
  • Gestion de l’inter-projet de vos consultants en suivi
  • Suivi régulier des consultants (au minimum une rencontre mensuelle)
  • Organisation des points de missions trimestriels avec le client et le consultant
  • Gestion des situations complexes

Profil Profil
  • Diplômé.e d'un Bac +4/+5 Ecole d'ingénieur/Ecole de commerce/Cursus universitaire ou équivalent
  • Vous aimez la prospection, maniez tous les outils avec efficacité (Téléphone, mail, Linkedin sales, salons, réseau, déjeuner...)
  • Vous aimerez le terrain et rencontrer vos interlocuteurs physiquement pour nouer des relations clients long terme,
  • Expérience de 5 années en ETP (hors alternance / stage) sur une fonction similaire dans une structure à taille humaine
  • Expérience demandée dans les environnements suivants : ESN et/ou cabinet de recrutement - placement et/ou conseil
  • Leadership

 

Compétences minimum attendues :

  • Profil souhaitant devenir directeur associé d'une filiale (Voir la partie contexte)
  • Diplômé.e d'un Bac +4/+5 Ecole d'ingénieur/Ecole de commerce/Cursus universitaire ou équivalent
  • Expérience de 5 années en ETP (hors alternance / stage) sur une fonction similaire dans une structure à taille humaine
  • Expérience demandée dans les environnements suivants : ESN et/ou cabinet de recrutement - placement et/ou conseil
  • Idéalement il faudrait une personne spécialisé dans la partie métier (industrie, BTP,...)

Informations contractuelles

Les avantages

Modèle de rémunération du directeur de filiale : 

  • 30% de la marge brute dégagée par mois jusqu’à 6K€ de revenu mensuel 
  • Au delà 6K€ de revenu mensuel dégagé, la rémunération du directeur de filiale sera de 15% de la marge brute 
  • Ce fonctionnement permet de conserver une partie de la trésorerie au sein de la filiale afin de financer les développements de celle-ci 

Requirements
Profil recherché Ingénieur(e) ou Architecte, vous avez minimum de 4 ans d'expérience. Lors d'une expérience précédente, vous avez piloté différents types de projets de performance énergétique dans le secteur des Copropriétés et en maîtrisez les rouages (audits, maîtrise d'œuvre, AMO exploitation ou labellisation...). Vous avez une âme de développeur(se) et un tempérament d'entrepreneur(se), mais êtes avant tout motivé(e) par la perspective de contribuer concrètement à la transition énergétique dans votre travail quotidien.
