Job Description

We are seeking a School Marketing Manager to lead and implement marketing initiatives for admissions and brand visibility. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, creativity, and prior experience in marketing within the education sector. However, freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for marketing are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive student admissions.
  • Plan and manage digital campaigns, social media presence, and offline events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with parents, community partners, and external agencies.
  • Organize school promotional activities, open houses, and outreach programs.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities.
  • Prepare marketing reports and track ROI of campaigns.
  • Collaborate with academic and admission teams to align marketing goals.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in school/preschool/educational marketing preferred.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
  • Ability to handle digital and offline marketing initiatives.
  • Strong organizational and team management skills.
