We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager with a strong background in digital marketing, inside sales, and direct sales, specifically in the areas of Data Engineering, Data Science and AI.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Marketing Leadership**: Lead a young team to drive marketing, inside sales and direct sales strategies for the company
- **Digital Marketing Strategy**: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across platforms, including LinkedIn, to enhance brand visibility and generate high-quality leads.
- **Sales Leadership**: Lead the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets by identifying and closing new business opportunities.
- **Lead Generation**: Drive targeted lead generation campaigns focusing on AI/ML, data engineering, and data analytics solutions.
- **LinkedIn Marketing**: Utilize LinkedIn for lead generation, networking, and brand promotion, with a proven track record of success in B2B marketing.
- **Client Acquisition and Retention**: Acquire new customers, build sustainable relationships with clients for long term growth
- **Market Research**: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to adapt strategies accordingly.
- **Content Development**: Collaborate with technical teams to create compelling marketing materials, including case studies, blogs, whitepapers, and presentations.
- **Data-Driven Decision Making**: Analyze marketing and sales data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize future strategies.

**Required Skills**:

- **Digital Marketing Expertise**: Extensive experience in creating and executing digital marketing campaigns, with a focus on AI/ML and data-driven industries.
- **LinkedIn Marketing**: Proficient in LinkedIn marketing strategies, including content marketing, ads, and networking.
- **Lead Generation**: Proven ability to generate high-quality leads through various channels, including digital marketing, events, and partnerships.
- **Sales Acumen**: Strong sales skills with experience in closing high-value deals and managing the sales pipeline.
- **AI/ML and Data Engineering**: In-depth knowledge and experience in AI/ML, data engineering, and data analytics industries, with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling business propositions.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
- **Leadership**: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards achieving strategic goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in AI/ML, data engineering, or data analytics lead generation.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Basavanagudi, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Lead generation: 5 years (preferred)
- LinkedIn Marketing: 5 years (preferred)
- Sales & Marketing leadership: 3 years (preferred)
