The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding market presence, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth for the brand. The role involves a mix of market research, relationship management, negotiation, and sales planning to achieve both short-term and long-term business goals.

Key Responsibilities:1. Business Expansion & Strategy

  • Identify new business opportunities including franchise partners, retail expansion locations, and B2B collaborations.
  • Develop and execute regional business development strategies to increase market penetration.
  • Analyze competitor activities, market trends, and consumer insights to support business decisions.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to align business growth strategies.

2. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Drive sales growth through new account acquisitions, partnerships, and channel development.
  • Prepare and manage annual sales plans, forecasts, and budgets for assigned territories.
  • Track performance against KPIs and report progress to management regularly.

3. Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, distributors, and strategic partners.
  • Conduct regular business review meetings with key stakeholders to ensure continued satisfaction and performance improvement.
  • Represent the brand at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry networking events.

4. Negotiation & Contracting

  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements with partners, distributors, and vendors.
  • Ensure contracts are in compliance with company policies and business objectives.

5. Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, retail operations, finance, supply chain) to ensure seamless execution of business plans.
  • Support onboarding and training for new partners or franchisees.
