Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding market presence, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth for the brand. The role involves a mix of market research, relationship management, negotiation, and sales planning to achieve both short-term and long-term business goals.
Key Responsibilities:1. Business Expansion & Strategy
- Identify new business opportunities including franchise partners, retail expansion locations, and B2B collaborations.
- Develop and execute regional business development strategies to increase market penetration.
- Analyze competitor activities, market trends, and consumer insights to support business decisions.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to align business growth strategies.
2. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Drive sales growth through new account acquisitions, partnerships, and channel development.
- Prepare and manage annual sales plans, forecasts, and budgets for assigned territories.
- Track performance against KPIs and report progress to management regularly.
3. Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, distributors, and strategic partners.
- Conduct regular business review meetings with key stakeholders to ensure continued satisfaction and performance improvement.
- Represent the brand at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
4. Negotiation & Contracting
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements with partners, distributors, and vendors.
- Ensure contracts are in compliance with company policies and business objectives.
5. Team Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, retail operations, finance, supply chain) to ensure seamless execution of business plans.
- Support onboarding and training for new partners or franchisees.
