Job Title: Center Manager- Aviation Training Institute

Location: Basavanagudi, Bengaluru

Reports To: Managing Director / Regional Operations Head

Position Summary

The Center Manager will be responsible for the overall administration, operations, academic coordination, and business performance of the aviation training institute located in Basavanagudi. This role ensures smooth day-to-day functioning, high-quality training delivery, compliance with aviation standards, and achievement of admissions and placement goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Center Operations

  • Oversee daily functioning of the training center, including scheduling, logistics, and facility upkeep.
  • Ensure classrooms, mock aircraft cabin, and grooming labs are maintained to professional standards.
  • Supervise staff attendance, student management systems, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors, maintenance teams, and support staff to ensure operational efficiency.

2. Academic Administration

  • Work closely with the Head of Training and instructors to implement course schedules and ensure academic quality.
  • Monitor faculty performance, training quality, and student feedback.
  • Support audits and maintain records as per aviation training guidelines (DGCA / internal standards).

3. Admissions & Business Development

  • Drive student admissions through local marketing, counseling, and lead conversion.
  • Support the marketing team in conducting events, school/college visits, and promotional activities in Bengaluru.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
  • Maintain admission reports and MIS updates for management.

4. Student Experience & Placement

  • Ensure a professional, supportive, and motivating environment for students.
  • Handle student concerns and ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with the Placement Officer to conduct airline interviews, career workshops, and alumni interactions.

5. People & Team Management

  • Supervise administrative, academic, and support staff at the Basavanagudi center.
  • Conduct periodic reviews and training sessions for team members.
  • Foster a culture of discipline, teamwork, and service excellence.

6. Compliance & Quality

  • Ensure adherence to the institute's SOPs and aviation authority norms.
  • Maintain documentation required for audits and inspections.
  • Uphold grooming and safety standards throughout the center.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Aviation, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 5–8 years of experience in center operations, preferably in aviation, hospitality, or education sectors.
  • Proven experience in team leadership, student management, and business targets.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Saturday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Sunday: Weekly off (subject to event/marketing schedule)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80, ₹100,000.00 per month
