**Job Description: Female Telecaller**

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Outbound Calls**: Make outbound calls to potential clients, including leads from marketing campaigns, inquiries, and database contacts.
- **Client Consultation**: Understand client requirements and provide accurate information about available properties, including pricing, features, and location details.
- **Lead Generation**: Qualify leads and schedule appointments for property viewings or meetings with sales agents.
- **Follow-up**: Conduct follow-up calls with existing clients to nurture relationships and close deals.
- **Sales Support**: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth communication between clients and agents, assisting in closing sales.
- **Database Management**: Maintain and update client databases with accurate information and lead status.
- **Customer Service**: Address and resolve client queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: 2-3 years of telecalling experience, preferably in the real estate sector.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills with a strong command of language and the ability to engage clients effectively.
- **Sales Skills**: Strong ability to persuade and negotiate, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- **Knowledge**: Basic understanding of the real estate market, property trends, and terminologies.
- **Computer Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- **Language Proficiency**: Fluent in English, Hindi
- **Professionalism**: Well-groomed, polite, and able to represent the company in a professional manner.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with sales agents and management.
**Additional Skills**:
- Strong multitasking and time management skills.
- Ability to handle objections and remain persistent.
- Good listening skills to understand client needs and provide suitable solutions.
