Role Overview:
As a Client Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and establishing our presence in the UK and Europe markets. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Identifying and reaching out to potential clients in the UK & Europe
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Understanding client needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions
Collaborating with our recruitment team to ensure successful candidate placements
Achieving and exceeding acquisition targets
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in client acquisition, sales, or business development, preferably in recruitment
Strong understanding of the UK & Europe markets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and results-driven
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
