The company works in sectors such as Transport, Medical Devices, and Toys. This role is for an eCommerce manager who can handle the online sales of its products end to end.
Role Description
As a e-commerce sales manager you would be responsible for end to end management of the sales function of the selected categories of products. Responsibilities include the following
Data management : Manage and maintain the technical data, pictures and keep the e Commerce platform updated all the time
Sales: Driving e-commerce sales performance and generating sales through online channels
Website: Overseeing the look and feel of the company's eCommerce portal
Marketing: Developing and planning campaigns, using engaging content, and employing effective SEO strategies
Order execution: on recieving the order the eCommerce manager will process the order and track the product upto customer delivery
Customers: Engage with large customers directly and ensure customer satisfaction by providing quality service
This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Manager at Aumnatic Systems Pvt Ltd in Navi Mumbai. The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including managing online sales platforms, implementing marketing strategies, analyzing sales data, and enhancing communication with customers. They will oversee the E-Commerce operations and collaborate with the marketing team to drive online sales growth.
