Responsibilities:

1. Marketplace Management:

  • Manage the overall presence and performance of Holistique Beauty on Ecommerce marketplaces like Amazon & Flipkart.
  • Has knowledge & is well-versed with AMS portal & Amazon PI.
  • Monitor marketplace trends, policies, and guidelines to ensure compliance and leverage best practices for improved visibility and sales.

2. Product Listing and Cataloguing:

  • Create and optimize product listings on various Ecommerce platforms, ensuring accurate and compelling descriptions, titles, keywords, and images.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure product information, attributes, and pricing are up to date and consistent across all platforms.
  • Implement strategies to improve product discoverability and search rankings.

3. Sales and Performance Monitoring:

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, conversion rates, click-through rates, and customer reviews/ratings.
  • Monitoring stocks on the portal while planning sales targets for the month.
  • Analyse data and metrics to identify growth opportunities, address performance gaps, and optimize product listings and campaigns for increased sales.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Ecommerce Specialist or a similar role, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry and market knowledge
  • Strong understanding of Ecommerce marketplace platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra.
  • Familiarity with listing optimization techniques, catalogue management, and A+ content development.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel or Google Sheets to extract insights from sales data and performance metrics.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Analytical mindset and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and fulfilment processes is desirable
