Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Key Account Manager - SAAS (E-Commerce) located in Gurugram. The Key Account Manager will manage and nurture key client accounts, develop business plans, and ensure high customer service standards. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing client needs, providing tailored solutions, maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience in the eCommerce or SAAS industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
