Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Gurugram for a Key Account Manager. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing business plans, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining relationships with key clients, analyzing account data, and coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs and objectives.

- Analytical Skills and Business Planning experience
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the life sciences industry is a plus
