About the Role

We are seeking a 
Key Account Manager (KAM)
 to build, maintain, and grow strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is a relationship builder who understands client needs, ensures seamless delivery of solutions, and drives long-term value creation. You'll act as the main point of contact for key clients, aligning internal teams to deliver excellence and identifying opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Understand client needs, challenges, and objectives to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Account Growth & Strategy
  • Develop account strategies to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and partnership opportunities.
  • Prepare and present proposals, reports, and performance reviews to clients.
  • Coordination & Delivery
  • Work closely with internal teams (operations, marketing, creative, finance, etc.) to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
  • Resolve client issues and ensure smooth communication at all times.
  • Performance & Reporting
  • Track account performance and key metrics.
  • Share insights with management for forecasting and business planning.
  • Monitor competitors and market trends to keep clients ahead.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in key account management, client servicing, or business development.
  • Proven track record of managing large or strategic accounts.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple accounts.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and reporting.
