Furthermore, it takes charge of the Operation and Maintenance (O&M) activities for both existing commissioned projects and those on the horizon. Jobs & Responsibilities:

  1. Manage end to end Exit process and ensure F&F settlement to be closed within defined SLA.
  2. Facilitating exit formalities, process, FNF clearances/settlement.
  3. Managing Confirmation & Transfer Process
  4. Issuing all kind of letters (Relieving/FNF statement/Probation confirmation/Transfer) related to employee life cycle.
  5. Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
  6. Handling employee queries over phone/email/portal and ensuring time bound closure.
  7. Data Management
  8. Sound knowledge of Payroll & Labour Law Compliance.
  9. Knowledge of Internal Audit and Compliance Audit.


Preferred Candidate:

  1. Proven work experience of a minimum of 4-6 years in HR Operations
  2. Degree/Certification in HR Management (preferably MBA
  3. Proficient in Excel
