TVS Digital is a part of TVS Holdings and has also currently invested in several early-stage high tech start-ups globally in areas of connected manufacturing, fleet management and credit services.About the Role:We are looking for a dynamic and motivated professional with 2-4 years of experience, ideally with an MBA background, to join our team as a Business Analyst / IT Project Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IT project requirement gathering, excellent communication, and documentation skills. This role demands a proactive attitude, energy, and a strong eagerness to learn and grow within the IT domain.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for IT projects.Translate business needs into clear, concise documentation including functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.Facilitate communication between business teams and IT development teams to ensure project requirements are well understood.Assist in project planning, monitoring progress, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.Participate in requirement validation, testing, and support deployment activities.Maintain detailed project documentation and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and contribute to team knowledge.Demonstrate energy and eagerness to learn new tools, methodologies, and technologies relevant to the role.Qualifications & Skills:MBA degree from a reputed institute.2-4 years of experience in requirement gathering, business analysis, or related roles within IT projects.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Proficient in documentation tools and techniques (e.g., MS Office, Visio, Jira).Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders and manage conflicting priorities.Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to learn and adapt to new challenges.Knowledge of basic IT concepts, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and project management methodologies is a plus.
