Responsibilities:Identify opportunities in the region to develop and execute effective sales and GTM strategiesDevelop and maintain a robust and healthy sales pipeline in accordance to the sales planPlanning in advance the actions which shall help in achieving the monthly sales quotaConsistently exceeding or meeting sales quota every monthFormulate monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly sales plans in line to the sales quota as allottedFollow-up with clients as per the timelines as agreed for the next sales discussionsTo be on top of competition offerings and navigate a conversation with a client when asked, by not comparing features rather highlighting our USPs which best suit the clientPrepare and submit commercial proposals timely to the clientsKeeping track of competitor activities and products and developing a sales strategy to ensure market edge.
The Successful Applicant:Graduate with minimum of 4 years experience in Corporate/Enterprise/B2B SalesHave a proven track record of selling to leading brands and corporate organizationsHave a strong network of contacts which you will use to develop new business opportunities and to establish business relationshipsHigh-value concept, consultative, and solution-selling experienceHave great proposal writing, presentation and pitching skillsBe a motivated and focused individual with great organizational and interpersonal skillsHighly articulate with excellent business communication (verbal and written) skills and presentation skills suitable for a corporate environmentWillingness to roll up the sleeves and demonstrate a "get the job done at all cost" attitude
