The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, functional requirements, and budget constraints.Develop design concepts, mood boards, and sketches that align with the client's vision and project objectives.Generate new leads by meeting with clients, Architectures, Contractors, and other professional Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure seamless execution of design plans.Oversee project timelines, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely completion and delivery of projects.Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress, address issues or concerns, and ensure quality control.Keep abreast of industry trends, new materials, and design innovations to enhance design offerings and capabilities continuously.Cultivate strong client relationships through effective communication, responsiveness, and professionalism.QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience3 4 years' prior industry-related business development experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProven knowledge and execution of successful development strategiesFocused and goal-oriented
