JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Responsibilities:

 Identify and engage with students, final-year project groups, and Ph.D. scholars to understand their academic needs.

 Promote and sell academic solutions, including project development, research assistance, and technical support.

 Generate leads through digital marketing, social media, educational institutions, and student communities.

 Maintain strong relationships with universities, professors, and student groups to increase sales opportunities.

 Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and chat inquiries.

 Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

 Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

 Stay updated with industry trends, academic requirements, and emerging technologies in education.

Requirements:

 Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

 1-3 years of experience in EdTech sales, academic services, or educational product sales.

 Strong communication and negotiation skills.

 Understanding of academic project requirements, research methodologies, and technology tools.

 Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment.

 Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and online sales platforms.

 Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused approach.
