These values guide us in everything we do, and is reflected in our employees and the products we build together.Position OverviewThe Email Marketing Manager will own the planning, execution, and optimization of all email marketing initiatives for our account. This role requires deep expertise in Klaviyo, strong strategic thinking, and hands-on execution skills to drive engagement, nurture leads, and support business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute B2 B & B2 C email marketing strategies aligned with client goalsManage weekly newsletter production from concept to send, ensuring brand consistencyBuild, segment, and maintain clean and accurate contact listsCreate automated workflows in Klaviyo to support lead nurturing, onboarding, and re-engagement campaignsCollaborate with the creative and content teams to produce engaging, on-brand email assetsMonitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for optimizationEnsure compliance with email marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)Stay current with best practices and emerging trends in email marketing and B2 B & B2 C communicationsQualifications10+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably in an agency environmentProven track record managing B2 B & B2 C email campaigns with measurable resultsAdvanced proficiency with Klaviyo, including automation workflows, segmentation, and analyticsStrong copywriting and editing skills tailored for customer audiencesExcellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneouslyStrong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights and strategySelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a remote role
