We are looking to grow our brand awareness and drive online sales by leveraging performance marketing strategies across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and other digital platforms.

Role: Performance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist with a proven track record of scaling D2C brands, preferably in the apparel or regional/niche product space. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in driving performance-driven campaigns, a deep understanding of customer acquisition funnels, and a passion for working with culturally rooted brands.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Campaign Planning: Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns to drive traffic, sales, and ROI across Meta Ads and other digital platforms.
  • Paid Media Management: Plan, create, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, with a focus on driving conversions and engagement.
  • Full-Funnel Optimization: Manage end-to-end performance marketing funnels, including awareness, consideration, and purchase stages.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work with the design and content teams to produce engaging and culturally relevant ad creatives that resonate with the Bengali audience.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze campaign performance, track key KPIs (ROAS, CAC, CTR, etc.), and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • A/B Testing: Test various creatives, headlines, audiences, and placements to identify winning combinations and scale campaigns effectively.
  • Audience Targeting: Develop and implement strategies for precise audience targeting, including retargeting, lookalike audiences, and geo-targeting.
  • Budget Management: Efficiently allocate and monitor ad spend to maximize returns within the given budget.
  • Performance Reporting: Create detailed reports to share campaign results, insights, and future recommendations with the team.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in performance marketing for D2C brands, especially in apparel or culturally focused products.
  • Expertise in Meta Ads Manager with a strong understanding of audience segmentation and targeting strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in managing campaigns with high ROI and measurable growth (please share case studies or examples).
  • Knowledge of Bengali culture, humor, and consumer behavior is a significant advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to collaborate with content and design teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and a results-oriented approach.

Preferred:
  • Experience working with niche or regional brands.
  • Familiarity with additional digital platforms like Google Ads or TikTok Ads.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and tracking pixels.
