As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a highly experienced Senior Google Ads Specialist to join our team and drive our clients’ campaigns to the next level.

Position Overview

The Senior Google Ads Specialist will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling Google Ads campaigns for a variety of clients, including e-commerce and service-based businesses. This person will play a crucial role in leading the strategy, performance analysis, and execution of paid advertising initiatives. The ideal candidate is data-driven, results-oriented, and has a proven track record of managing large-scale ad budgets while maximizing ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across search, display, shopping, and video for multiple clients.
  2. Conduct extensive keyword research and competitive analysis to optimize campaign targeting and improve performance.
  3. Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including CTR, CPA, ROI, and conversion rates.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SEO, content, web development) to align campaign goals with broader digital marketing strategies.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest Google Ads features, updates, and industry trends to ensure optimal performance.
  6. Lead A/B testing initiatives on ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
  7. Develop and implement remarketing strategies to improve customer retention and re-engagement.
  8. Manage and optimize large advertising budgets, ensuring maximum return on investment.
  9. Provide regular performance updates and actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
  10. Mentor and guide junior team members on best practices and campaign management.

Requirements

  1. 5+ years of experience in Google Ads campaign management, preferably with agency experience.
  2. Proven experience managing large-scale ad budgets (over $50,000 per month ).
  3. Expert knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, and Video) and Google Analytics .
  4. Proficiency with tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, and Google Merchant Center .
  5. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and present data-driven insights.
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  7. Familiarity with e-commerce, lead generation, and service-based marketing.
  8. Google Ads Certification is a must; additional certifications (e.g., Google Analytics) are a plus.
  9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  10. Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.

Preferred Skills

  1. Experience with other PPC platforms such as Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, or LinkedIn Ads .
  2. Understanding of SEO and how it integrates with PPC.
  3. Familiarity with marketing automation tools like Klaviyo or Zoho CRM .
