We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketer to join our dynamic team and lead our digital marketing efforts. As a Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance-driven marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including paid search (PPC), social media advertising, display, affiliate, and email marketing. Your primary focus will be on driving high-quality traffic, maximizing conversions, and improving ROI while continuously refining strategies through data analysis and performance insights.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

DUTIES-

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution:
  • Plan and execute end-to-end performance marketing campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid channels. Develop and manage paid media strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring clear KPIs and measurable outcomes.
  • Optimization & Testing:
  • Analyze and optimize campaigns for performance, utilizing A/B testing, landing page optimization, creative testing, and other best practices to continuously improve conversion rates and reduce cost per acquisition (CPA). Conduct regular reporting and provide insights on key metrics such as ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CTR (Click-Through Rate), CPC (Cost Per Click), and LTV (Customer Lifetime Value).
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Utilize platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other performance tracking tools to monitor and report on the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Provide weekly and monthly performance reports to senior management and make data-driven recommendations to improve results.
  • Budget Management:
  • Oversee the performance marketing budget, ensuring efficient spend allocation across channels, and ensure all campaigns stay within budget while maximizing ROI.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the creative, product, and sales teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives and ensure campaigns are delivering the best results. Communicate marketing performance, successes, and challenges to internal stakeholders to guide decision-making.
  • Industry Trends & Innovation:
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage emerging platforms and new technologies to improve campaign performance.

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing paid campaigns and driving measurable results.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Experience in A/B testing, data analysis, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent knowledge of paid social media campaigns, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), display ads, affiliate marketing, and email marketing.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Tools & Platforms:

Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other digital marketing platforms.

Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
