Role:
We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to be the voice of ANNY and deliver an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and a problem-solving mindset to handle queries, resolve complaints, and ensure a smooth post-purchase journey for our customers.
What You'll do:
- Respond promptly to customer queries via email, WhatsApp, calls, and social media DMs.
- Manage order tracking, returns, exchanges, and refund processes in line with company policies.
- Provide accurate product and order information to assist customers in making purchase decisions.
- Record and escalate unresolved issues to the concerned departments for timely resolution.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure on-time deliveries and returns.
- Share customer insights and feedback with the team to improve processes and product experience.
Who You Are :
- Female candidate with 1 - 3 years experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or fashion retail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Strong problem-solving ability with a customer-first approach.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, order management systems, and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Patient, empathetic, and able to handle challenging situations calmly .
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.
