  • Address product or service issues by understanding the customer's concerns to ensure satisfaction.
  • Ensure all interactions adhere to quality standards.
  • Follow up on customer complaints and inquiries to ensure resolution within the stipulated timeframe.
  • Achieve required login hours while consistently delivering quality service to all customers.
