Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. This role requires someone with strong experience in managing multiple client accounts within a digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to manage deadlines efficiently, and a passion for delivering results-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring campaigns are executed effectively and efficiently.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, developing strong relationships to understand their business objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including creative, content, and media buying to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimise results.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and expectations to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Develop comprehensive client reports and presentations that showcase campaign performance.
  • Identify upselling opportunities and suggest new strategies to expand client partnerships.
  • Address client concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining strong client retention.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and platform updates.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an account management role within a digital marketing agency.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including paid media, social media, content marketing, and performance marketing.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in client management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
