Clients Managed: 20-30 small business clients.
Compensation: Base Salary + Performance Incentives for Retention & Upsells.

What You Will Do:
Client Retention & Growth Strategy:
- Own & manage 20-30 small business accounts, ensuring 100% retention.
- Create tailored marketing plans that align with each client's business goals.
- Meet clients weekly to keep them happy, engaged, and growing.
- Maintain strong relationships while upselling AI-driven marketing services.
Marketing Execution & Optimization:
- Develop and execute cost-effective media plans across Google, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Optimize campaigns to deliver 2X ROAS within 60 days.
- Work with our expert marketing team in India to execute campaigns with precision.
- Implement growth hacks to drive high performance on low budgets.
Upselling & Revenue Growth:
- Identify upsell opportunities for clients and present advanced marketing solutions.
- Earn performance-based incentives on every successful upsell.
- AI-First Approach.
- Stay at the forefront of AI marketing, leveraging AI tools to drive small business success.
- Train and educate clients on how AI can revolutionize their marketing.
