Job Description

1.Coordinate with the Regulator and Ensure License Renewal througheGCA Endorsements FSD Approvals and related matters withDAW.

2. Undertake Projects and Special Opsapprovals for continuous improvement related to training such asExisting and New Regulatory Training Requirements

3. Identify and propose alignment of Indian regulationswith industry/world best practice

4. ManageInternal and External Audit

5. Over view PilotsGround Instructors and Flight Dispatcher approval compliances andrecords requirements.

6. Business Intelligence(Power BI) LMS/ TMS/ DMS any other conversion through digitalplatform.

7. Ensure systems functionalitycompliances and optimization (TMS AIMS etc).

8.Trainer requirement calculation cross checking to support andcoordination with OCC and MCC

9. SupportTraining LT with their portfolio vis vis noncrewrequirement

10. Internal TeamManagement

11. Any Other duty assigned by Vicepresident & Chief Pilot (Training)/ Senior Vice President(Flight Operations)
