Overview:
TheAssociate Director Bank Alliances plays a critical role in theorganization by leading and managing strategic alliances withvarious banks. This position is essential for driving businessgrowth and expanding market reach through effective partnershipmanagement and collaboration with keystakeholders.
KeyResponsibilities:
  • Developand implement alliance strategies to achieve businessobjectives
  • Lead negotiations and drive keyinitiatives in alignment with partnerbanks
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensureseamless execution of partnershipprograms
  • Monitor market trends and competitoractivities to identify opportunities forgrowth
  • Analyze and report on allianceperformance and provide insights forimprovement
  • Manage budgets and resourceseffectively for alliance activities
  • Provideleadership and guidance to the bank alliancesteam
  • Establish and maintain strongrelationships with bank partners at variouslevels
  • Drive revenue through effectivepromotion of financial products andservices
  • Ensure compliance with regulations andinternalpolicies

RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelorsdegree in Business Marketing or a related field; Masters degreepreferred
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience instrategic partnership management within the financial servicesindustry
  • Demonstrated success in drivingrevenue growth through bank alliances
  • Provenability to lead and motivate a highperformingteam
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills with atrack record of successful dealclosures
  • Excellent analytical andproblemsolving abilities
  • Deep understanding ofbanking products services and regulatoryrequirements
  • Exceptional communication andrelationshipbuilding skills
  • Ability to travelas needed to meet with bank partners and attend industryevents
  • Strong business acumen and financialmanagement capabilities
  • Experience indeveloping and implementing strategic allianceplans
  • Proficiency in data analysis andreporting tools
  • Proactive innovative andresultsoriented mindset
  • Relevant certificationsin partnership management or related fields are aplus
