About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Accounts Executive
to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing
Accounts Receivables
, ensuring timely collections, maintaining accurate financial records, and handling day-to-day accounting activities in
Tally
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage
    customer receivables
    , follow up on outstanding payments, and ensure timely collection.
  • Record, reconcile, and monitor
    daily accounting entries
    in
    Tally ERP
    .
  • Prepare and share
    ageing reports
    for receivables and highlight overdue accounts.
  • Reconcile customer ledgers and resolve discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with the Sales and Operations team for invoicing, payment follow-ups, and credit control.
  • Assist in monthly closing, reporting, and audits.
  • Maintain proper documentation of receipts, invoices, and other financial records.
