Technical Support Engineer

Location: Connaught Place, Delhi

Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced 
Technical Support Engineer
 for our technical support team and ensure smooth resolution of partner and customer issues. The role requires both 
technical expertise
 and a 
customer-first mindset
 to support B2B travel agents and partners using our travel technology platforms.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

  • Strong technical understanding of SaaS, APIs, and travel systems (GDS, NDC, LCC, hotel extranets, payment gateways).
  • Ability to independently handle day-to-day queries and manage critical escalations.
  • Skilled at managing critical issues under pressure, ensuring strict SLA compliance without exceptions.
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Advanced problem-solving and analytical thinking in real-time scenarios.
  • Proficiency in XML and JSON (hands-on expertise required).
  • Mandatory experience in API testing with Postman.
  • Practical exposure to ticketing tools (e.g., Freshdesk, Jira, Trello).
  • Proven hands-on experience with Kibana and SQL for monitoring, troubleshooting, and reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree
     in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of proven experience
     in technical support .
  • Prior experience in 
    Travel Tech, OTA, or SaaS
     is highly preferred.
