Technical Support Engineer – IT (On-Site)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for all office computers, laptops, and IT hardware.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software, networking, and printers.
- Maintain and troubleshoot video conferencing systems, projectors, microphones, speakers, and other AV equipment in conference/meeting rooms.
- Regularly inspect and ensure all meeting room equipment is operational before scheduled meetings.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), or replacements.
- Install, configure, and update operating systems and software as needed.
- Support users with connectivity issues (LAN/Wi-Fi), VPN, and remote access.
- Maintain documentation of IT assets, support tickets, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure security compliance and backup protocols on systems.
- Have knowledge or experience in PFMS (public finance management system) project
Budget - 4 LPA
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: ₹300, ₹400,000.00 per year
