JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities

  • Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
  • Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
  • Communication skills,Time-management skills, Organizational skills
  • Problem-solving skills & Excellent knowledge of selling techniques
  • Assist customers efficiently and courteously and respond to queries and complaints
  • Present a wide product range knowledgeably and use expertise to suggest suitable options for each customer’s needs
  • Support distributors with relevant marketing materials and campaigns
  • Local marketing and brand strategy. Including analysis on share of business, market study and competitor analysis.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activity, client interactions, and project details in the company CRM.

·        Exploring different sources for leads generation - IndiaMart, TradeIndia, Export India and Justdial.

·        Preparing and presenting weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for senior management.

·        Keeping all marketing collaterals updated

·        Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.

·        Strong time management and organizational abilities.
