We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development/Sales Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster strong relationships with clients. This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify new business opportunities, negotiate deals, and contribute to our growth strategy. Candidates must be able to work Eastern Time hours to coordinate effectively with our team and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and reports
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our platform
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role
  • Strong understanding of the Bermuda market
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Ability to work Eastern Time hours

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the tech or e-commerce industry
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies
