Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Specialist (Cold Calling Expert) in the USA market at McArrows. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for executing cold calling strategies and driving sales for our technology solutions. Your day-to-day tasks will include prospecting potential clients through phone, LinkedIn, and email, identifying their needs, pitching our services, and closing deals. You will develop and maintain relationships with clients, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to the growth and success of our company.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in sales, specifically cold calling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of technology products and services is a plus
