Responsabilités :
- Router les appels
- Router les incidents auprès des autres groupes de compétences,
- Router les demandes auprès des autres intervenants.
- Contrôler et clôturer
- Contrôler la qualité de l’ensemble des données qualifiées,
- Mettre à jour les fiches d’intervention et recatégoriser éventuellement à posteriori,
- Assurer le suivi des incidents et demandes qui leur sont adressés, Clôturer.
- Transférer les connaissances liées au périmètre
- Support 1-2 VIP
Profil :
- Expérience similaire d'1 année
- Anglais et Espagnol intermédiaire
- Résidant Suisse (permit C ou nationalité Suisse uniquement)
- permis de conduire
