  • Router les appels
  • Router les incidents auprès des autres groupes de compétences,
  • Router les demandes auprès des autres intervenants.
  • Contrôler et clôturer
  • Contrôler la qualité de l’ensemble des données qualifiées,
  • Mettre à jour les fiches d’intervention et recatégoriser éventuellement à posteriori,
  • Assurer le suivi des incidents et demandes qui leur sont adressés, Clôturer.
  • Transférer les connaissances liées au périmètre
  • Support 1-2 VIP


Profil :


  • Expérience similaire d'1 année
  • Anglais et Espagnol intermédiaire
  • Résidant Suisse (permit C ou nationalité Suisse uniquement)
