Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager for B2B Sales based in Bengaluru or Chennai and responsible for the Southern India territory. The applicant should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as managing and growing B2B sales, building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our sustainable polymer materials to potential clients. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to develop sales strategies and meet sales targets. The role will involve extensive travelling within the assigned territory.

QualificationsProven experience in B2B sales and business development in the biopolymer or plastics industryStrong communication and negotiation skillsAbility to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.Knowledge of sustainable polymer materials and their applicationsExcellent organizational and time management skillsSelf-motivated and goal-orientedGood understanding of market trends and competitive landscapeDegree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fieldFluency in English and local language(s)Personality traits - Assertive, persuasive, adaptive, result oriented.

Remuneration.

Rs. 8-12 lacs p.a. fixed + variable component.
